Success: Embracing Life's Mysteries

Henry Thoreau once said, “The universe is wider than our views of it.”
Some things are beyond the scope of our understanding. That's the beauty of life.
Science has been chasing the answer to how the world works since the beginning of scientific thought. While they've discovered and uncovered many wonderful things, there are still many which remain a mystery. Answers are wonderful. But so are the "unexplainable" or the “not yet” explained things.
Those who see the beauty in that which is beyond us keep themselves
open to life. Those who fear the unknown live their lives haunted by anxiety, wondering what will come next. Science still has not definitively concluded whether the universe is infinitely expanding or if it will come to an end and begin to contract.
While there are those whose job it is to pursue answers to questions like these, I count myself lucky to be able to look up at the stars in awe and marvel at the beauty of the universe. I enjoy squinting my eyes and peering into the vastness of the universe as far as my mind can travel. The universe will do what it will do regardless of what I think of it.
