Most of us have heard of it or seen it at the gym. But after years of being told to pace your workout and seeing the calories burned per our many still don't understand how HIT works. HIT stands for High Intensity Training. It involves training hard for a short period time.

Find Your Fitness Drive

Do you have it? Is it something you want? So many of us don't have or can't find our "fitness" drive. We get caught up in the cycle of work and procrastination and fool ourselves into believing that we don't have time for a healthy lifestyle.

Do You Squat?

It seems to be forgotten these days, the one exercise that is essential to mankind. Losing weight can be a challenge. The more you have to lose, the more challenging the process. Most of us can stay in the game to shed 5 or 10 pounds but as the numbers grow, so does our resistance to long-term change. This is a great success story of two people: my mother Rose and myself.

People talk about life changing decisions all the time. But some decisions are so profound they are actually “Life Making.” Decisions of this type include a cross-country move, starting a new business, marrying the person of your dreams. When you are in the midst of “Life Making” decisions they feel heavy and hard. There is a great deal of anxiety involved. Coming out on the other side takes planning, thought, tenacity and courage.

Here’s my story.
