We've all seen the TV commercial that promises great results
with little work and the magic supplements that guarantee 300% better
results. Can a supplement or gizmo really replace hard work? Why do so many of us waste our hard earned dollars
on these products?

I saw a commercial just the other day
advertising an exercise product that promised the best ab
workout WHILE it massages you back. Come on ... Are they serious?!
Sadly, people really do buy products just like this. You might even have a few in your own closet. Now I'm not saying that it is a complete waste of
cash ... After all, if it gets you doing some type of exercise it is worth something. All I am saying is that there are so many beneficial, free ways to exercise ... what you really need is motivation.
Why not step outside your house, run, jog or
walk around two blocks, then do 10 push ups and 10
sit ups. Just to challenge yourself, try doing this series of moves as many times as you can in 20 minutes. It may sound simple ... and its definitely not a gimmick but its also very effective.
Give it a try. I guarantee that if you give it
100%, it will give you 100% results right back. The best part is that its
free.
No more excuses and no more gizmos.
The success in fitness comes from
the work accomplished not fancy equipment. Fitness is outside your front door, in the park, at the beach. Its within your grasp ... so reach out and grab it and enjoy the fruits of your labors as you achieve your fitness goals.
